2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown criminals are accused of committing theft in the house of the informant. The face of the petitioner was caught in the CCTV footage. The mobile tower location of the petitioner has also been found at the place of occurrence. Several stolen articles have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2025 and is accused in eight cases which includes cases of theft, robbery, dacoity and use of illegal arms.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that the petitioner is involved in eight similar and serious cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
