Mr. Umeshanand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No.244 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. while the informant was going after collecting the amount, he was intercepted by some miscreants and on gun point snatched away the cash of Rs.94610/-, mobile and other articles. F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown, later on, name of the petitioner transpires on the confessional statement of the co-accused. It further appears that he is accused in one more case of Arms Act.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is in custody for about three months, but he has not put on TIP. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No.244 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
