ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019 in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2019 registered for the offence Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but during the course of investigation, one Md. Shahabuddin, who was arrested by the police and has confessed his guilt, has disclosed the name of the present petitioner. It is further submitted that till date, there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has also not been placed on T.I. Parade.
