The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.228 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.

One loaded country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner. He is in custody since 26.04.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.228 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Phulparas Police Station, District- Katihar on first Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
