2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of the grievance, as the petitioner wants that Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan be constructed at the Gram

Patna High Court CWJC No.137 of 2024 dt.15-02-2024 2/2 Panchayat Goi (Shahbajpur) under Chand Block/circle, District, Kaimur. The petitioner has given the description of village as well as the land in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate is directed to call for the records relating to the concerned village from the office of Block Development Officer and ensure to take action immediately for construction of the Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan at appropriate place in accordance with Government's guideline without any further delay in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
