That this application is for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs for setting aside order dated 13.03.2023 passed in I.C.D.S Revision Case No. 63 of 2021 by which Respondent no. 4 found the case not maintainable and further to set aside the Order bearing Memo no.-37 dated 6.07.2021 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.640 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 which wrongly and illegally services of petitioner working as Anganwadi Sevika has been terminated by respondent no. 6 on the basis of forged Matriculation certificate verified by Sanskrit Siksha Board, Bihar Patna which is wrong illegal and unjustified."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
