Case no. 262 of 2018 for the offences registered under sections 307 and other allied sections of the IPC as well as sections 3(2)(v)(v-a) of the SC/ST Act. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be availing remedy available in law at the appropriate stage. Considering the aforesaid submission, this quashing petition stands disposed of.
