2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 111(2), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per F.I.R., 21 named accused persons including this petitioner, was indulged in indiscriminate firing, as a result of which, one child and one lady sustained firearms injury .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. No specific allegation of any overt act is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Purnea in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 278 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
