2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has purchased certain piece of land through registered sale deed executed on 26.09.2019 from his co-villager Bhavesh Chandra Mishra and Satish Kumar Mishra.

3. This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent District Registration Officer, West

Patna High Court CWJC No.23458 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 Champaran, Bettiah from preventing registration of sale deeds in respect of some land, which the petitioner has purchased.

4. No such order can be passed, in my opinion, in writ jurisdiction, in the facts and circumstances narrated in the writ application; on the apprehension of the petitioner that sale deeds may be executed in favour of respondents no. 6, 7 and 8, in respect of the same piece of land.

5. Be that as it may, the relief, which the petitioner is seeking, cannot be granted in the present proceeding. The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach the appropriate forum/ court for redressal of his grievance and resolution of the dispute.

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
