2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with others is accused of stealing a child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. He further submits that co-accused namely Amina Khatoon has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 85767 of 2023.

5. The matter has been compromised between the prosecution and the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Railway Court, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Darbhanga (Jaynagar) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
