The petitioner though has challenged the order dated 14.09.2019 contained in Memo No. 318 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sikrahana, Dhaka cancelling the PDS license of the petitioner but the petitioner has been fair in stating before this Court in clear terms that an appeal against the aforesaid order has been preferred

Patna High Court CWJC No.24568 of 2019 dt.10-12-2019 2/2 before the appellate authority, who is the Collector of the district.

The appeal has been filed on 20.09.2019.

This Court directs the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. While disposing of the appeal, the appellate authority shall look into the questions which have been raised in the present petition and shall pass an order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
