Patna High Court CWJC No.24833 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 which was seized and taken into custody by the S.H.O. of Sare Police Station in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 25/19 u/s 379, 411, 353, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and BMM Act 1972 u/s 4/40 and BM Rule-2003 u/s 8(D) and 27 of the Arms Act."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ application to pursue the matter before the authorities concerned.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
