2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that from the possession of this petitioner altogether Rs.12,800/- and a mobile was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that recovery of smack was made from the possession of Sonu Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel has lastly submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 18.08.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with NDPS P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jehanabad.
