JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, inasmuch as a direction has been issued by the opposite parties for payment of the benefits of the third A.C.P., however the actual benefit is yet to be received by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the opposite parties have stated in their show cause that the payment will be made forthwith, inasmuch as the requisition for the funds has already been sent to the Treasury in order to enable the payment to be made to the petitioner under the head of the benefit to be granted under the 3rd A.C.P. scheme.
