This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015, disclosing the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner No. 2 is daughter of the petitioner No.
1. Allegedly, these petitioners with the husband of petitioner No. 1, who is father of petitioner No. 2 and other persons entered into the house of the informant and started assaulting the informant's sister and other family members.
It is alleged that the informant's sister-in-law (Bhabhi) died because of the assault made by the accused persons. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners, who are

Considering the nature of allegation in the First Information Report, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 288 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail Bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
