Patna High Court CWJC No.13455 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/3 (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-02-2020 Appellant has prayed for the following reliefs:- (A) The Respondents be directed to recover the salary with interest paid to Respondent nos. 10 and 11 since the date of joining to up date which caused revenue loss to state ex-chequer due to wrong selection on the post of Shiksha Mitra.

(B) The Respondents be directed to terminate the services of Ranjan Kumar (Respondent no. 10) and Bibha Kumari (Respondent no. 11) Shiksha Mitras appointed in Piparia Panchayat in 2005 against the Rules and roaster in terms of the enquiry report submitted by District Programme Officer(Establishment) Department of Education, Lakhisarai vide letter no. 816 dated 12.05.2018. (C) The Respondents be directed to take appropriate action against the Panchayat Secretary (respondent no. 9) and Mukhiya of Piparia Gram Panchayat Raj (respondent no. 8) wo under pressure and fear of Prahlad Yadav, MLA, RDD, Suryagrah Constituency.

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant shall be content if a direction is issued to the concerned respondents/authority to consider and decide the representation, which he shall be making within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon receipt of such representation, if any, the same shall be dealt

Patna High Court CWJC No.13455 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2020 3/3 with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt thereof. The appeal is accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.
