2. The petitioner has filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition for a direction to the Munsif, Gopalganj for disposal of Election Case No.10 of 2016 as soon as possible taking into consideration the facts that the matter relates to the election of Mukhiya and the election petition was filed in the year 2016. Having considered the facts, the Munsif, Gopalganj is directed to dispose of the election petition preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
