2. From the pleadings and materials on record, it transpires that the order dated 17.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 12648 of 2016 has been complied with.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, learned counsel for the State has assured the Court that if the actual payment in terms of the order of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Banka, as contained in Memo No. 2113 dated 29.09.2018, copy of which is Annexure C to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 5, has not been paid to the petitioner, the same shall be credited into her account latest within two weeks from today.
