1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. This writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.8.23 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura (Respondent No.-3) in Miscellaneous Anganwari Appeal Case No.02/23, filed by the petitioner by which Respondent No.3 has rejected the said Miscellaneous Anganwadi Appeal Case No.02/23 merely on the ground of limitation.

For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Selection Letter dt. 27.6.18 by which Respondent No.7 has been selected as Anganbari Sevika for ward no.-9, center no.-107, under Gram Panchayat Raj, Bhatarandha, P.S. - Dhailadh, Distt. - Madhepura.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
