2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for modification of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14231 of 2023 passed by this Court to grant extension of time for further three months to the petitioner's department for compliance of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14231/2023.
3. Prayer was made for extending the time for three months.
4. It is to be noted that the order came to be passed on 28.03.2024 i.e. one year and nine months, belated petition has been filed and again the period stands lapsed inasmuch as the petition was filed on 07.07.2025.
5. Accordingly, the petition has become infructuous, disposed of.
