The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka P.S. Case No. 587 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. In view of specific allegation of recovery of three litres country-made liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
