The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing the letter of Director, Secondary Education, Bihar communicated through Memo No.1869 dated 30.08.2019 and consequential order passed by the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur communicated through Memo No.3493 dated 09.09.2019 whereby and where under the petitioner has been suspended from service and also for other ancillary reliefs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23814 of 2019(7) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has filed a supplementary counter affidavit and, in paragraph-7, it is stated that the matter of the petitioner was enquired and examined by the then District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur and he, vide his office order bearing Memo No.2186 dated 12.05.2020, has revoked the suspension of the petitioner issued vide Memo No.3493 dated 09.09.2019, on the representation made by the petitioner. The petitioner has been exonerated from the departmental proceeding and granted him all the due salary.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the State, in my view, the grievance of the petitioner has been fully redressed and this writ petition stands disposed of. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U
