No. 13734 of 2012

Patna High Court CWJC No.23135 of 2019 dt.06-02-2020 2/2 (Kumar Rajesh Pandey & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

2. If this be correct, then the petitioners ought not to be treated differently.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed off in terms of the order dated 31st July, 2018, referred to above, in as much as if a representation is filed before respondent No. 5/the District Programme Officer (Estab.), Muzaffarpur within a period of three weeks from today, the concerned respondent shall take into account all the facts, verify the claim and ascertain the entitlement of the petitioners and if the claim of the petitioners is found to be tenable in view of the order referred to above, necessary order shall be passed/caused to be passed within a period of eight weeks of such representation.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
