The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

About 150 to 175 people were assaulting a person suspecting that he was the child lifter. The local chowkidar had identified some of the miscreants, including the petitioner, who are named in the FIR.

Submission is that considering the general and omnibus nature of the allegation, co-accused Nikky Mahto and other have allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76733 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.526/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
