2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b),( ii)( C)/25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 540.610 Kg of ganja.

4. The petitioner has played an active role in transportation of ganja and he is in jail since 09.10.2024.

5. Considering the fact that there is huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
