2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 352, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025.

5. Vide order dated 03.12.2025, the petitioner was granted provisional bail and paragraph 4 of the order dated 03.12.2025 reads as under:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83109 of 2025(4) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case as the petitioner had gone to Kolkata with the petitioner of her own.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed and the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 3.12.2025, is hereby confirmed and the petitioner will remain on the same bail bonds as executed by him earlier. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
