2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Ramnagar P.S. Case No.462 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and further for directing the Superintendent of Police, Bagha to en-

WJC No.20 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 quire into the matter personally at the behest of whom collusion of the police with such person the instant frivolous FIR has been registered and also to protect the petitioner from such frivolous case and further for issuance of any other writ it may deem fit and proper by this Court.

3. This Court cannot consider the defence of the petitioner and quash the FIR. This application is dismissed.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report of the police, he may approach the Court.
