1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties no.3 to 5 that the order of this Court dated 01.11.2017, passed in CWJC No.15640 of 2015, has stood fully complied with. It is further stated that the gratuity amount had stood paid as long back as on 05.08.2011 and thereafter, on 09.02.2014, a further sum of Rs.6,50,000/- has been paid, pursuant to revision in the maximum payable limit of gratuity by the State Government, hence it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties no.3 to 5 that the

Patna High Court MJC No.2282 of 2018(10) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 order of this Court dated 01.11.2017 has fully been complied with, thus the present petition is liable to be dismissed with cost.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate the same by availing such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
