The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 200 liters of illicit liquor from behind the house of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are having clean antecedents. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019.
