Permission is granted.

The bail application against petitioner no.2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as informant. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 for the offence under section 341, 323, 308, 504, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal

Learned counsel for the informant submits that on account of land dispute the petitioners have assaulted the informant.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and the injury sustained is simple in nature, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1 , let the petitioner no.1, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Juned Alam, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
