In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No.10 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons got the land of the informant and her daughters transferred in his name by producing some persons in place of informant and her daughters and putting forged signatures and got the sale deed executed in his name in favour of him and two other persons. They are the land Mafias and what they do it if the persons are not there, they apply this

Counsel for the petitioner submits that photograph of family members itself shows that it was done by the informant and his daughters and allegation of impersonation is completely illegal and not sustainable in law, whereas counsel for the informant submits that the informant has appeared suo motu and has produced the photographs of other lady and she has three daughters, who are living outside India. They have created forged documents and, on that basis, they got the land registered. The co-accused Mahendra Kumar has moved for bail before this Court in Cr. Misc. No.33510 and vide order dated 21.05.2019, his prayer for bail has been rejected. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
