Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41600 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42752 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S.
