The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.174 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15796 of 2018 whereby three co-accused, namely, Prabhu Singh, Sahita Devi and Basant Singh have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
