The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 219/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406/409/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 of the E.C. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a Mazdoor of the said PDS dealer and has nothing to do with the stocks present there in the godown of the PDS dealer. It is further submitted that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and, if at all, there was any violation, the licence of the PDS dealer also ought to have been cancelled rather than prosecute the present petitioner who is merely a

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation made and also that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 219/19, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
