JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 3081 of 2020, the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, District-Patna has already passed the final order on 04.09.2024 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public

Patna High Court MJC No.3529 of 2023(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2024-25 and thereafter, the encroachment has also been removed on 18.11.2024, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with fully. 2.

This Court finds that the aforesaid aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the petitioner inasmuch as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 3081 of 2020, has stood complied with, hence the preset petition stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
