This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chhauradano P.S. Case No.324 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

While planning to commit serious offence, the petitioner was apprehended and one live cartridge and Rs.7,000/- have been recovered from his possession. 4.
The petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1926 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 6.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East Champaran, in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.324 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Chhauradano Police Station, District- East Champaran at Motihari on first Sunday of every month.
