The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners allegedly caused injury at the head of the respective injureds.

Submission is that the Doctor has found simple injury.

Since the petitioners had knowledge that their act might cause death, in my view, this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75529 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No.246 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Gopalganj.

Petitioners may surrender and pray for regular bail within two weeks.

The prayer for bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
