2. The instant application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. no.69249 of 2021 which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.6.2024.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the restoration application and the submission made, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for restoration of Cr. Misc. no.69249 of 2021. As such the Cr. Misc. no.69249 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
