2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) to issue rule in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Order dated 27 February, 2018, Passed in B.L.T. Case No.310/2014 by Hon'ble Justice Mr. V. Natth by which the said Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the case, holding therein that in the facts and circumstances of this case, the Tribunal should not invoke its inherent Jurisdiction to interdict the Order of rent fixation done in favour of the Respondent No.3;
Patna High Court CWJC No.17687 of 2018(4) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 (ii) to issue rule in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Order dated 22.10.2013, passed in Bhoodan Lagan Cancellation Revision Case No.10/2013 by the Collector, Gopalganj, whereby and whereunder the Learned Collector was pleased to confirm the Order dated 24.08.2013, passed by D.C.L.R., in Lagan Nirdharan Abhilekh Case No.10/2013;
(iii) to grant any other relief or relief for which the petitioner is legally entitled.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, he is not pressing the writ petition.
