Petitioner is in custody in Laheriasarai PS Case No. 276 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is stated by petitioner's counsel that he has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Even as per prosecution case only one mobile phone is said to have been recovered from the petitioner. Recovery of fire arms is from other co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 24.7.2019.
Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM

The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner. (ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date in the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to the cancelled.
