2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikote P.S Case No. 316 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 27(b)(ii), 28(d), 28 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act 2008 and Section 22 of NDPS Act.

3. On perusal of materials available on record and the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and considering the fact that Hon'ble Apex Court has also rejected vide order dated 06.01.2025 in SLP No. 41647 of 2024, therefore, there is no fresh ground for considering the second regular bail application of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the
