2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, Informant alleged that Jameel's elder son, Md. Zeeshan @ Osama, had allegedly taken around Rs. 30,00,000/- in lieu of selling his house but the sale deed could not be executed for that informant's brother was suffering from mental stress and ultimately, the accused persons killed the deceased by administering poison.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and only a suspicion has been raised against this petitioner because of some

From the FIR it is apparent that the deceased himself went to the house of the petitioner and it was this petitioner who informed the informant about the alleged occurrence and took the deceased to Jeevan Jyoti Hospital and admitted him in the ICU where during the treatment he died. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Biharsharif P. S. Case No. 538 of 2025.
