JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to allow them three months time to remove the encroachments made by them on public lands appertaining to Khata No.160, Plot No. 524 and 525, in compliance of notice dated 19 of 2019-20 by the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif. It has been stated in paragraph 9 of the writ application that the petitioners are willing to remove the encroachments, but they may be allowed some reasonable time

It is, thus, an admitted fact that the petitioners have encroached on a public land. However, considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to remove the structure/encroachment from the public land within one week from today.

This writ application stands disposed of.
