1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case no. 328 of 2022 registered under section 382 of the Indian
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1291 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/3 Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he was going along with his wife, two unknown accused persons on a motorcycle snatched and took away the amount of Rs.23,500/- which he was carrying.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners appearing in both the cases submits that the FIR was registered against two unknown. Referring to the order of the learned Court below it is submitted that the name of the two petitioners transpired in course of investigation in their own confessional statement. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. Both the petitioners are in custody since 5.7.2023 but have not been put on T.I.Parade and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned Court below, the petitioners' being in custody for more than 6 months since 5.7.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case without putting either of the

Case no.328 of 2022, on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Biraul, District- Darbhanga.
