2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Rail Barahiya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that two unknown miscreants have snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs. 50,000/-. It is also alleged that one of the miscreants has fired at him due to which he has received gun shot injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this

During investigation, the police received secret information that there is involvement of this petitioner in the occurrence and on that basis, this petitioner was apprehended and his confessional statement was recorded. It has also been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is languishing in judicial custody since 21.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail and has submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of four cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Rail Kiual at Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Barahiya P.S.
