The petitioner has sought for quashing of the order dated 19.07.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. case No.85 of 2019 (Cri. Case No.510 of 2019), by which the learned Magistrate has been pleased to take cognizance for the offence under Sections 171F, 188 of I.P.C. and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application to raise all his defence at the time of framing of charge.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86787 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 Permission is accorded.
