2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 14/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43217 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is said to have fired which did not hit the deceased. He is in jail since 08.02.2024.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is accused in four more cases.
