JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Mr. Siddharth Harsh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant wants to withdrawn this appeal against conviction by judgment and sentence dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned Fast Track Court-1, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sessions Trial No. 113A of 1998 arising out of Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 30 of 1997 for the reason that the appellant has already completed the imprisonment awarded by the learned Trial Judge and is ready to deposit the fine. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Let this order be communicated to the Court of learned Fast Track Court-1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 113A of 1998 arising out of Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 30 of 1997.
