ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 02.05.2018 in connection with Pipara Kothi P.S. Case No. 64/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she was found to be in possession of a four month old baby who had been kidnapped from the house of the informant while the husband and wife were sleeping in the middle of the night. The case of the petitioner is that she had got a baby from one Bagar Malik. The said Bagar Malik and her husband have been found to be absconding till date.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42466 of 2018 (3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.

It is accordingly rejected.
