Patna High Court CWJC No.375 of 2020(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/3 1139 dated 31-10-2019 as contained in Annexure9 under the signature of District Supply Officer, Gaya with respect to the petitioner and private respondent Md. Shahbaz by which selection of the petitioner of Sarsu Panchayat under Nimchak Bathani Sub Division, District- Gaya as dealer has been cancelled and private respondent Md. Shahbaz respondent no.7 has been selected in place of the petitioner.

(B) Also commanding the respondents to not give effect of the cancellation of license of the petitioner being license no. 01/2018 as contained in Annexure-5 issued in favour of the petitioner to run Public Distribution System of Panchayat Sarsu, Block Mohra, Sub DivisionNimchak Bathani, District Gaya. (C) Also commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge the duty of dealer pursuant to license no. 01/2018 as contained in Annexure-5 against which supply of grains has been stopped from the month of November.

(D) Also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law."
